Our Staff

Janice C. Cunningham

Principal Consultant, Owner

Janice C. Cunningham, CCIM, CRE, CPM® has more than 18 years of experience and is the owner of Cox Real Estate Consultants, Inc.  She is a licensed real estate broker, has earned the professional designations of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®), Counselor of Real Estate (CRE®) www.cre.corg, and Certified Property Manager (CPM®), all of which are international organizations affiliated with the National Association of Realtors.

Additionally, Janice holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in accounting, from Humboldt State University. Some of her skills include investor and user-based analysis, disposition studies, development and implementation of tenant retention strategies, site selection studies, acquisition due diligence and escrow management, brokerage and lease audits. Janice is actively involved in commercial property management and commercial brokerage while overseeing all divisions within the corporation. She is a graduate of Leadership Redding, a member of Redding Rotary, an advisory memory  a past Chairperson of the Turtle Bay Exploration Park Board of Trustee’s and has completed service on the City of Redding’s General Plan Update Committee and Impact Fee Advisory Group.

Cris Wallace

Business Manager

Cris Wallace is the full-charge bookkeeper for Cox Real Estate Consultants, Inc. with 20 years of bookkeeping experience. She oversees the property management accounting including administration of the property management database Yardi Voyager Property Management. Cris is adept with the multitude of reports, statements and analysis that can be provided to tenants and property owners utilizing Yardi database and Excel, as well as annual CAM reconciliations and budget preparations.

Joe Berg

Property Manager

Joe joined our team as the On-Site Manager for Park Marina Village with nearly two years of on-site management experience.  He is a dedicated professional who believes in integrity, determination, and hard work to ensure that the expectations of our clients and tenants are met.  Joe is currently pursuing his Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®) certification through the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles.  He is conversationally fluent in Spanish as well.

Leann Rankin

Executive Assistant

Leann is the Executive Assistant for Cox Real Estate Consultants, Inc. She joined our team in 2016 with over 13 years of related experience and holds a Certificate in Administrative Management Technology and is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson. Her primary role is to professionally assist with a variety of projects to insure the office is running at the high level of efficiency our clients deserve.

Stacie Khang

Administrative Assistant

Stacie is our Administrative Assistant. She has joined the team bringing with her a strong background in office administration skills and excellent customer service. Stacie holds an associate of arts degree in Business Management and is fluent in Hmong as a second language. Her primary function is to keep the office organized and is a first point of contact for our clients, vendors and tenants. Stacie holds an associate of arts degree in Business Management and is fluent in Hmong as a second language.

On Site Manager (OSM)

Looking for a highly motivated and energetic person for an On-Site Manager position of a 57 unit apartment community. The onsite manager lives onsite and is available to assist tenants and regularly monitor the complex. The position reports to the Property Manager and is responsible for all duties of the Park Marina Village operations, including but not limited to rental activity, coordinating maintenance & repairs, property marketing, and inspections.


  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel and database knowledge, with the ability to learn specialized software.
  • Knowledge of office equipment.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have clean driving record.
  • Must meet rental criteria
